Located in Church Crookham, Bodywise Massage is run by Caroline, a highly qualified clinical massage therapist and reflexologist. Caroline holds a BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage – the highest level of massage qualification in the UK – and a Level 5 Mastership in Clinical Reflexology. Her extensive training includes advanced techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and pregnancy massage, ensuring every treatment is tailored to your unique needs.
Caroline’s personal experience with chronic pain has shaped her empathetic and holistic approach. She understands how debilitating pain can be and is passionate about helping clients regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve overall wellbeing.
