Sophie and her husband began their childcare journey in London as childminders and childcare coordinators. Their commitment to excellence quickly earned them a glowing reputation among families, leading to a natural expansion of their services. In 2024, responding to growing demand, they opened Angels Academy in Hampshire, bringing their heartfelt approach to a new community.
Their ethos is simple yet powerful: create a space where children feel safe, loved, and valued — a place that feels like an extension of home.

Angels Academy is thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of belonging and comfort. The setting is warm and welcoming, with cosy corners, engaging play areas, and a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing. The nursery caters to children from infancy through pre-school age, offering age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

- 15 hours/week for all 3-year-olds
- Additional 15 hours/week for eligible working families
- Funding for 2-year-olds based on eligibility
- From April 2024: 15 hours for working parents of 2-year-olds
- From September 2024: 15 hours for children from 9 months
- From September 2025: 30 hours/week for children under 5
